Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP)

Required EHPSM:
The previously required one page EHP Statement of Work (SOW) has been replaced by the 6 page EHP Screening Memo (EHPSM): EHP Screening Memo

If photos and drawings are required, please insert them onto the end of the EHP Screening Memo Form above so that all EHP information is combined into one document.
